The service

MytaxT provides AI-assisted tax calculation and estimate organization tools for planning and review. Estimates are informational. Features may change. Trial periods and access are provided at our discretion and may be subject to a separate agreement.

Not professional advice

MytaxT is not a tax advisor, attorney, or certified public accountant. The service does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for decisions based on estimates and for consulting a qualified professional when appropriate.

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when requesting access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use MytaxT in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

MytaxT branding, software, and site content are owned by MytaxT or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you enter.

Disclaimer

The site and service are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that estimates will match any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MytaxT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
